What is Çetele?
Çetele is a mobile app that lets shops, salons and studios track their till, costs, stock, appointments and members in one place. Purchases, production, sales, waste, stock counts, appointments and classes are entered in a few taps, and Çetele works out what was earned, where the money went and how many days the stock will last. On the App Store and Google Play it is listed as “Çetele: Small Business Tracker”.
Who built Çetele?
Çetele is designed and built by Mytos, a digital product studio, as its own product. The app's website is cetele.site and its page on the Mytos site is mytos.website/en/cetele.
Is Çetele free?
Yes. Downloading Çetele and recording purchases, sales, stock, appointments and members is free and ad-free, and so are the alerts. Till, profit and cost figures, reports and adding team members are free for the first 40 transactions of every new business, then continue with a monthly or yearly Çetele Pro subscription. Publishing the QR web page requires Çetele Pro.
Which businesses is Çetele for?
Businesses that buy materials to make products, or buy goods to sell: bakeries, patisseries, cafés, restaurants, workshops, textile makers, grocers and home producers. Businesses that run on appointments or memberships use it too: hair and nail salons, barbers, skin care, physiotherapists, psychologists, Pilates studios and courses.
Which devices does Çetele run on?
Çetele is a free download from the App Store for iPhone and iPad (iOS 16.4 or later) and from Google Play for Android phones. A team can mix iPhone and Android, with everyone recording into the same business from their own phone. The app is available in English and Turkish.
Does Çetele work offline?
Shop records do: purchases, production, sales, waste and stock counts entered without a connection wait on the phone and are sent when it reconnects. Appointment, package and class records need an internet connection.
Is Çetele accounting or invoicing software?
No. Çetele does not issue invoices or prepare tax returns, and it is not accounting software or a cash register. It is a day-to-day assistant that turns the records you enter into till, cost and stock figures.
